About us

Utopia was established in 2005 and is a home-based business offering a comprehensive range of Ayurvedic & Holistic Therapies, Meditation and Yoga classes. Personal Development Workshops and Weekend Retreat Packages are also available at venues throughout the local area. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a relaxing and professional environment within the surroundings of Meadowfield Cottage and its pretty garden. The Therapy Suite is separate from the main cottage and provides a welcome retreat for individuals. Utopia is dedicated to the well-being of our customers and our continued aim is to provide an excellent service that offers value for money.

A graduate in Biology, Paul has a background working within the natural environment and has found peace through connecting with nature. He has an interest in Celtic spirituality and wisdom, and draws great inspiration from the legacies left by these ancient people. He is an experienced Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner, and also teaches Meditation, Yoga and Spiritual Development to groups and individuals.

A graduate in Psychology, Suzannah has a background in the care field, including working with children and adults with special needs. She is interested in aromatherapy, holistic beauty and natural well-being, and enjoys home cooking and traditional living. An experienced Ayurvedic & Holistic Therapist, Suzannah offers Massage therapies, Reflexology and Reiki.

Paul and Suzannah have experienced alternative therapies themselves and are now fully qualified practitioners and members of the Federation of Holistic therapists. They are both dedicated to and regularly practise yoga, pilates and meditation and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Their aim is to help others find inner peace and tranquillity in an increasingly demanding world.
